Sunworld theme park is 4.5 km away, and the Ga Đại Dương cable car station is 4.4 km away, so the bay's cable car rides are a half-day outing rather than a walk. Cái Dăm Market, 1.6 km from the apartment, is the place for everyday shopping and fresh food. The most settled weather usually comes in March to May and late September to November, the best months to sit on a terrace with a sea view.
